Shipping Policy

.We will Dispatch your products with 24-48 Hrs (Except Sunday/Holidays/any other region) after confirmation of your order. and you get tracking details to the provided mobile ph no with WhatsApp message.

2.Usually our product will be delivered within 1-5 days max (excluding holidays) with in India.

3.Please note that the delivery time should be depending on the courier partners also. if any parcel not delivered within 5 days , we will raise complaint to courier partner and you issue will be resolved.

Return & Exchange Policy

** For WhatsApp orders no amount will be refunded for all cases, you have to book any other in case amount refunds.

1.The refund or replace will be accepted only in case of damage only.

2.The refund and return will be accept only with proof of 360 degree opening video only. and any damage or colour change should be shown in the opening video only, if not return exchange should not be accepted

3.The request for refund and return will be accepted with 3 days after delivery date only

4.We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not .if approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. if more than 15 business days have passed since we have approved your return, please contact us at WhatsApp only on 9493933943

5.The 1-5% of colour may be vary due mobile phone ,camera and day light conditions, for this refund or replace not accepted

6.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

7.To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

8.In all cases of refunds ,The refunds will be issued to the original payment method

10.You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

11.Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

12.If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

13.For WhatsApp orders customer should provide WhatsApp booking chat history screenshot for any issues related to booking and tracking. payment should be cleared within 6 days only. after that we are not responsible.
